4. Post-28 Day Decision: If you opt not to sell after the initial 28 days, we'll remove the property from the market. In this case, you owe $0.00 to the Listing Agent, and the Listing Agent owes $0.00 to you.

5. Exclusive Properties: For highly exclusive or uniquely characterized homes with a narrow buyer pool, adjustments to the Guaranteed Sale period and listing terms may be discussed and mutually agreed upon at the time of listing.
